SLOW RAMBLER
I think Alan got rid of the wrong man.... Michael should have gone.... but then... Raef has a great future ahead of him, and I honestly don't believe we've seen the last of him... I wish him well.... talk about being well groomed!! Shuggs likes Claire... but why he didn't fire Michael I don't know - maybe he's AFRAID of Raef!!!! hehehehehe

Maybe Sir Alan wants Michael to make it to the final - and then watch him fail and fall on his @rse.

When is the episode that they do the HR type interviews? That is my favorite one! Knowing my luck I'll be racing and miss it!

I have been a raef fan from the start but the last 2 weeks have shown up serious flaws - he has NO creativity, and actually struggles to deal with people outside of his comfort zone.
I have done a lot of work in advertising and media and I love this task everytime it comes up as it is so predictable. People always fail to distinguish the difference between a "Brand" and a strapline or name. They also get so excited by their ideas they lose sight of the brief.
PLUS Raef fired himself, with the "How can you claim that everything good was yours, I can assure you Sir Alan, Micahel couldn't do a SINGLE thing without my categorical agreement - it was ultimately up to me to make the decisions."
"So you took the pack shot out"
"No that was Michael, I said we should keep it in"
EG the brand Atishu was brilliant I think for a limited time they had to come up with it. It was different, stood out, the creative spelling made it contempory, the add sucked but it got the message across for a simple product.

agreed, lums, good brand for Atishu, BUT the ad had no target market and was memorable but off-putting. They would be relying on the 'ironic chic' purchase, which isn't good enough. That said, it seemed to work for Cillit Bang and Radion B.
The other ad was better targetted, and under-branded, but would at least make you feel good about buying the product, as opposed to a bit seedy. It had a concept of sorts - the relationship between you and your tissues, and how that influenced other relationships. Weak, but they didn't have a lot of time.
