I think he wanted to sack both of them but couldn't find enough reason to do it (Jenny's cheating last week was special circs) Sara though had been whining and annoying him for a while so he just went with the more irritating person!

Rafe was presented as total twonk in the first edition, so you wonder how the editing affects our judgement. Pesonally i'm glad that i don't work with any of them, but if i had only one bullet in my gun i'd try to make sure that after leaving michael's body it hit hellene.
