Bumping this thread up as I am struggling with structure just now and finding it all to easy to just do nothing.

I am not going to be training every day but would like to do something. A bit of meditation perhaps or some puzzles or a bit of gardening.

Off for a run shortly to get the last of April’s treasure hunt items, then I can relax and write a blog :)

For non exercise: Saturday night is a theme night in our house to add some structure. So last night it was a James bond casino night. We have to dress the part and play games such as pontoon. It's working well but then we have 4 adults and two more on zoom.

Finally got some darts delivered for the dart board. So darts tonight. That won't work on zoom though

My sister and hubbie are also locked down and not tech savvy. So every single day we send 5 joke book titles to each other to tax his brain.

(Eg hiking in Peru - by Andy Walker. Or My time in the police - by Laura Norda, etc). It just serves to provide a daily event before dinner. He is unable to leave the house and can barely walk even if he could. Simple thing really

Got something to say?
