Ace. I have been made a training plan, by the lovely Autumnleaves. 80 minutes of easy running done. Foot behaved and more than happy with that.

Just been out for a walk since I didn't think six thousand steps notched up milling around airports and service stations could count as a NZD.

Got through the weekend by sneaking in some walking, dancing and emergency yoga sessions. Back on it properly today.

But just noticed I didn't log anything for Sunday - I note can't remember what I did. Probably some yoga, but it would be a guess. Ah well. The most important thing is not to miss twice
