Can anyone suggest the best hydrolysed collagen to use? There's just so much it crowds my head space when trying to decide.

There is a lot of expensive stuff, @LouiseRuns 🌹🇬🇧 🇪🇺, but I chose this one: bulk.com The taste/smell are a little bit offputting to start with, but I mix it with half and half water/orange juice and have got used to it. It helps if you mix it the day before and let it dissolve, rather than relying on just shaking to dissolve it. |

I followed the advice in Renee McGregor's Fuel for Thought - she says you need type I and type III collagen for bones/muscles. The marine stuff only has type I, which is mainly for skin and nails.

Thanks all. I have opted to try two different ones (not at the same time!) 'shot' version, and gummies - to see which I'm most likely to stick with

Does anyone have any recommendations for apps or other resources to support exercise during the menopause? A colleague has asked on the work network |

That's just what they asked and haven't had chance to ask further questions today. Difficult to suggest not knowing their experience of exercise in general. They may not actually want an app - just have been influenced that way, because there are so many now. I was thinking of suggesting some kind of weight/resistance training and flexibility as good as we age anyway. |
