An admin person called me to clarify what I want (a reissue of my repeat prescription because I've moved) and said someone would call me. I've just had a text message from the GP to say that they have issued the cream but because I only said the HRT was helping 'somewhat' they've only prescribed a month and I have to call and request a callback to discuss. Why couldn't they call me today? FFS. I've been trying to get the prescription for 3 weeks now. Luckily I have enough. It was the standard depression and anxiety questionnaire and there is nowhere to put that the reason I am down and anxious some of the days is because of life events. FFS again

And breathe.
