Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Early run this morning 6am, heavy raid with an easterly stiff wind. Everyone at work asked why, but the answer that I did not want to get my bike wet was not enough. What is wrong with these people.

Easy 9 miles in the heat, felt tired and new shoes are rubbing on my ankle. Achilles were sore also, not a good run....

Hard work today & a hellish stitch that streched from one side to the other. Still quite sore from it 10 hours later. I feel like I've done 100's of sit ups! Knee isn't happy with me & the legs feel like they've run an ultra, which would be fine if not for the fact I did an easy 5 miler :-(

Good actually, I decided I couldn't be bothered, partly because Iam tired and partly because I am on call, then at the last moment I decided to drag my lazy @rse out and did a fast 4 miles with just over a mile recovery, I feel, oh, so good now!! :) :) :)

Nice 8-miler :)

My legs are still wriggly. Trying to decide whether to go out and do a quick 4 or 5 miles when the kids are in bed, or leave it and hope the bounce is still there tomorrow.
