Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Very strange. Had to stop cos two women had found a disabled child wandering alone in the street (not kidding). Anyway, waited til the police came then carried on.

Oh, and got nettle stings on my leg avoiding a tractor when running down the lane.

Aiming for uneventful next time.

Ran home from work as long run for this week. From Westminster with a detour via Battersea then on to Vauxhall, Lambeth, Kennington, Brixton, Herne Hill, Dulwich, Crystal Palace back to Beckenham. 14 miles in 1hour 58 mins. Thats 52 miles since Saturday.

Rest day, but dug out the rollerblades from under the bed and went for a wee burl round the park.

Just under 7.5 miles around Newmillardam in wakefield. Was a great, muddy, wet run. Soured only by the fact that when I got back to where I'd parked the car, I saw that it had been broken into :(

Had top call the Police

ABSOLUTELY SOAKED!

It was really lovely and warm today, and the second I headed off on my run after work, the heavens opened, like really heavy monsoon-style, everyone running for cover. Paths were flooded in seconds, complety soaked to the skin ,it felt quite liberating, but managed to avoid the temptation to run through the park naked! :) Rain stopped the second I got back in the car 50 minutes later b****cks.
