Wet and cold supposed to be recc'ing the course of the Helvelyn Fell race but when it started hailing and I started shivering so decided to retreat to car
To make myself feel better bought some New Balance RXTerrain fell shoes on way home

Went out on the recce with Juderman. The hail never once let up, but apart from trying to find the right path at the start it was fun. Steep and slippy but good

I have been on the bench for best part of 6 months till did Kingswinford a few weeks back. Left foot has still bin bothering me though.
But today did two laps of golf course in quite raw and windy conditions. 11k and no ill effects. 1 hour 9 minutes 10 secs.
I am feeling good and ready to GET IT ON!
