Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

was bit lethargic this morning so just took it easy, what a stunning morning here, only dark for first 3 miles now and the sky went a beautiful pinky orange colour as the sun came up

gorgeous :) :)

After none of the group I was going to training with turning up, I did a track session aimed at runners doing relays at Sutton Park on Saturday.

2 x 6 x relaxed 200 metres (45 seconds - 5 minutes / 400 metres jog between sets)

First set - 40, 40, 40, 39, 39, 39

Second set - 39, 38, 38, 37, 35, 34

As per last Thursday I adhered to the ethos of the session until the last two efforts then tested my speed. Which is suprisingly good at the moment :)

Good. Last fartlek session bef FLM. Shin/quad still not great but don't think they'll be an issue . Quad seems to wear off after a few miles anyway. Pacing a wee bit out as first attempt at setting up a workout on the garmin.

Mm, didn't appreciate the grey murky stuff would clear while I was on my run. Got a wee bit warm towards the end in my 3/4 leggings and big t-shirt.
