running at 9.30 m/m with my faster running buddy round the reservoir. wait - what am i saying?! ALL of my running buddies are faster than me. i am 'the slow one'. ah well
it was lovely and sunny, and she wasn' t too disappointed with the scenery not featuring any mountains/waterfalls/beaches which is what she is used to!
(rio was a very naughty boy and chased a chicken, although mercifully all he did when he caught up with it was to dance around in a circle as if to say 'play with me! play with me' and was very disappointed when the chicken flatly refused)
