Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Rendered unsafe by a fresh snowfall, but as it went from 1600m to 2340m and back down again I think it counts as altitude training. Great fun, anyway :)

bliddy good, both my 5 mile recovery in the rain at 7am this morning and 3.7 miles worth of intervals on treddy after work, feeling fitter after losing a few excess pounds last week!

Treadmill, 4 miles recovery run with some random hills at what the training log tells me was 9:29 pace (tready only measures kms). Feel absolutely fine as I did throughout the run. Respect to all who ventured outside in this weather!
