Well done RB and Smash!
I loved my run today- averaged less than 10 min miles for 7 miles, which was unthinkable for me a few months ago. Yay!

So what are you doing to celebrate today?

13.25 miles for me, inside my HM pb so everything looking good for Reading. Although the route was very flat as it was a nice easy there and back route along the canal.
Thats 35 miles this week for me which is the most ever.............after running 13 miles last year (only happened twice, GNR and Notts HM) I would normally go out on the drink for the rest of the day and then be able to walk for about 4 days
Oh how things have changed, looking forward to a nice easy recovery run tomorrow already
