Had a nice hour away from the desk. Nearly 7.5 miles around the Royal Parks. Quite pleasant and the sun even came out at one point! :)

really had to pull myself out of bed this morning and it was only for a 5m! oh well, should be on 45m by end of week. Thank goodness for my rest day tomorrow!

Wee 4 miles - walked a bit but still managed 10.5 min miles - not bad for not running for nearly 2 weeks.....! Feel good now, going to bed early to start charging me batteries for the half marathon on Sunday.....eeeeek!
