Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

New shoes!!! Old ones were knackered beyond belief - tears to side walls on both, and front of sole worn through outer layer. So....

10mins w/u
2x (2mins@5:30, 90s@5:15, 60s@5:00, 90s@5:15, 2mins@5:30) @ 1.5° incline with 5mins walk/jog recovery
10mins w/d

First time I've managed even one of these reps in two years - used to do six. Big, big progress. Even if I do feel like cr4p now :-)

That was the best run of the year by miles. 9 miles in fact - at 8.20s felt totally in control and could have pushed a lot harder if had wanted to (or if I was prepared to see the HRM go above 85%. HRM training rocks.

Just couldn't get out of bed early this morning for my planned 7-8m

Have to squeeze in 6m at lunchtime instead if possible. If not it's a DNR as I'm out tonight
