Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6.7 miles - Slowly still, but easier and more fluid than all the runs over the last week
Almost felt like I was a runner again - and that is real progress
Happy with that

WET WET WET!!!

But I loved it! Despite still finding walking a bit painful after Sunday, running was fine. Why is that?!

6m around the Thames, taking in the bautiful sights of Westminster, the Eye, St Pauls etc at night. I love it. The rain was fun and lots of puddles to splash around in. Got chatting to a couple of people randomly - sharing the realisation that we were indeed bonkers to run in suh horrible conditions!

Easy 3 miles on the treadmill. First run in 5 days, (had the flu). Run felt ok, curious to see what tomorrow brings, my training schedule requires 5 miles.

I'm with Telewest, or Virgin since the takeover last week. The nice man has just been, unpluged the modem and checked it, pluged it back in and said there is nothing wrong with the connection but that there are issues with the network. So there is nothing he can do and then left after all of five minutes. Also said I need to delete things from the computer as I have too much on it.

Could get into a rant but won't. Will just have to keep ringing support line about every other day to complain about the service and hope issues are resolved.
