Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Was cold & didn't want to go so had a whole pot of cafetiere coffee & slab of wholenut before I set out. Then when i did go found my pace was much faster than it felt & the route which has felt hard last few times felt jolly.
Was it
a) caffeine high
b)Cadbury's high
c) high from listening to music downloaded on to MP3 with my new found downloading skill ( thanks Fetchies for help with that one)
d)fluke

did have to stop for pee break because of all the coffee though

Coffee. Caffine is supposed to help with running there is an article about it in the latest RW. The only problem I have with it is that it makes me poop:(

2nd that John,

17/18miles this morning, didn't really enjoy it, had stomach/wind problems, ate then started running, not clever or comfortable, lessons to be learned.

Relatively caffeine-free because there was no coffee left at work so I had to have tea.
Valued because my colleague (whom, I hasten to add, I like very much, but who can't half monologue) wanted me to listen to him pontificate about something in the Management and Administration line, and I had to work very hard at creating a tactful escape-route.
Faster than a recovery run should be.
A little sore on an isolated area medial to my left tibia.
