Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

My legs are aching after yesterday, so Ill let the dog do all the runing today and just throw ball/sticks for him. I need to conserve the energy for tonight when some mates come round and the Jim Beam gets opened!

Im gonna try the 9 miler tomorrow afternoon then do a recovery run MOnday morning.

Approx 50 laps of football pitch at slow pace whilst watching my daughter play football. Garmin says 4.6 miles. All in all a very healthy morning for the X household with Mrs X doing 11 miles along the Thames and other daughter doing a run walk with the local running sisters network.

Fun!!

Halfway through the run the path I had been following was completely waterlogged, nothing for it but to wade through 6" deep water :)

Plan was 8 miles at 82 mins, did 8 miles at 79mins then had to walk another 3 miles to get back!! :)

Sounds like an interesting run LL, at least you guys managed to run... I am almost starting to think about a treadmill, not that I have space for it mind, but maybe I could buy it and put it in the village hall and charge others for the use of it???

Is it because you are too busy or injured Han?
