My legs are aching after yesterday, so Ill let the dog do all the runing today and just throw ball/sticks for him. I need to conserve the energy for tonight when some mates come round and the Jim Beam gets opened!
Im gonna try the 9 miler tomorrow afternoon then do a recovery run MOnday morning.

Approx 50 laps of football pitch at slow pace whilst watching my daughter play football. Garmin says 4.6 miles. All in all a very healthy morning for the X household with Mrs X doing 11 miles along the Thames and other daughter doing a run walk with the local running sisters network.

Fun!!
Halfway through the run the path I had been following was completely waterlogged, nothing for it but to wade through 6" deep water
Plan was 8 miles at 82 mins, did 8 miles at 79mins then had to walk another 3 miles to get back!!

Sounds like an interesting run LL, at least you guys managed to run... I am almost starting to think about a treadmill, not that I have space for it mind, but maybe I could buy it and put it in the village hall and charge others for the use of it???

Is it because you are too busy or injured Han?
