Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

First Yasso session of the year, and the track was REALLY windy. 10 x 800, average rep of 3:00.

Really happy with this, given that the wind really slowed me down. Total run was 13.2K in 1hr 6min including warmup and recovery reps

Brill!

Long steady run, set off in the dark and watched the day slowly dawn. Now for some bacon and eggs... :)

I did it I did it I did it! I got up, got my poor poorly self out for a run. All the way round Willen Lake, just over 3 miles, no stopping. Windy and cold in my ears but managed 10.50 pace, very surprised. I'm so pleased. I've various ailments over the last 3 or so weeks, not least of all in hospital with unexplained breathing problems. I'm so pleased to be able to manage a fairly 'normal' run with no real problems! Maybe that sub 2 hours at MK half is still on after all! Phew. :-) :-)

Hi Rebel, Yes, 4:30am!! It was more the time than distance, but I really felt it...

(hope everything's ok with you btw!)
