Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

3 miles in the wind... no rain and really pushed it up the hill. Oops it's a rest day but I just had to go out! Doing the first Adirun in Bushy Park tomorrow 8 miles of wet/windy fun :-)

Fast (for me) and focussed on form - thought about nothing other than keeping head still, arm position, where my foot was striking, proximity to anaerobia (?). Deliberately repeated yesterday's route (which was something of a lacklustre performance tbh) and absolutely nailed it.

Any serious squad members may titter at the relative pedestrianism, I don't mind. I'm having flames tatooed on my butt next week.

(Kept powder dry for a proper long one tomorrow too...)

5 miles easy. A bit windy, but apart from that a great run.

First run in new road shoes - they feel FANTASTIC :-)

Did a 6K XC and then ran home so, in total, 13.12 (walked the last stretch so as not to push it and stopped at 1/2 way to marathon) Half way there!!!
