Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Toks,
Great run!!

- hope weather is OK - lashing it down here, though I've been given the green light to go out in about half an hour (hopefully rain will have eased a bit by then)

Just come back from a 2 miler with OH who has recently started running and it was dry to start but then decided to lash it down. Saying that we actually quite like running in the rain, for me it beats the hot weather.

It was beautiful, despite the wind! One of those fresh clear mornings when even a waterlogged field can't dampen your spirits. And my MP3 player randomly selected the perfect songs too...

Just dried out. A very wet, very hilly (600ft climb in 1st 2 miles) but extremely enjoyable 8.25miles at tempo'ish pace. Nice to have peace and quiet - hardly any traffic on the roads.
