Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Very hard 6.35 miles. HR was rubbish. Did a new route which was quite hilly and all into the wind for the last half so not suprised. At least it is done and I had the highest monthly mileage ever.

Last run of 2006. Off road - muddy , hilly a bit breezy and the odd showerthrown in. But felt good. Just a shade over 15 miles in 1hr 23 mins. A nice time to mull over this years running and to think about the coming year.

grassy - muddy - a bit slippery - quite quick
and a sparkly half decent first time at the distance pb

Job done!
Performance of the day has to go to Mr Speedy (11yr old son) who Mashed his 5K pb - in road shoes - on the same muddy wet course
