Performance of the day has to go to Mr Speedy (11yr old son) who Mashed his 5K pb - in road shoes - on the same muddy wet course in 26:07 [Proud Dad struts about, head held high]

YIPEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! BLWYDDYN NEWYDD DDA JOHN BACH, A PHOB CYMRO ARALL ALLAN YNG NGWLAD Y FETCH! (Happy new year one and all out there in fetchland!!)
