Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wasn't a great run today. Just did 4 miles as was still tired after Sunday's 6. Is it normal to still be tired 2 days later?

DNR today as spent too long in lidls and aldis and ran out of lunch hour, might try to get on treadmill later.
Keefy, do you look at the little mutt? I've heard it said that if you look at dogs they think you want to play or are you carrying food ( I do sometimes, never know when you might get hungry)
Rebel, I raced on sunday and I'm still cream crackered but I'm also stressed over xmas preparations/kids/work etc. so I would guess its normal but other factors can contribute.
Are you hurt CT and more to the point did anyone see you?

Great today, Mrs Lums and I decided that it might try rrunning am again as Mini lums appears to be happy until 6.30ish at present. Jeez it was cold bu my new headband thing from Lidl did the trick nicely, actually a lot better than the wooly hat. VIsibility was about 4 yards even with the head torch but I feel so much more awake having run already, and he fact I don't have to go tonight is cool too. 1st official Mara training run and we are on our way!

Things are improving in my mind with regards to running. Last night I was late putting daughter to bed so time was running out for a run plus Liverpool v Arsenhole was on the TV so I decided to haveb a rest day which is so typical of me, any excuse to sit on the sofa:(. As it turns out the match was cancelled so I had a 30 min window of opportunity for a run......................................................and I did whay hey I actually ran when I had a valid excuse not too. Maybe I'm turning a corner or maybe the thought of another Tuesday with Holby City did the trick lol. So just an easy 2 miles but still pleased I went out.
