Had a lovely lovely run last night, the first time I think I've run and not felt a little bit uncomfortable (tired, aching, wheezing lol)...I actually enjoyed it!!!!! :O

Did the 6x800m track session last night in the cold damp foggy conditions. Did all reps in under 3.09. Glut/hip feels OKish. Wont run today.

Not bad. Very cold. Jumped out of my skin at
1) fox 2) Bloke with his hood up 3) my shadow
I've bashed my back on an open locker door at the gym, it hurt so much I was nearly sick.
But apart from that, I feel good

My physio has allowed me to start back with a very gentle run/walk programme. 4m30s walk 30s jog 6 times and I'm supposed to do it on the treadmill so <in a Bill Clinton style> I did not run/walk to work today. Also I did not enjoy the running I did not do...
But it was blidy cold

Well my run yesterday was far to easy...shouldn't I feel some sort of pain running for 7.5miles?? Feel great today and hope that my club run will go as smoothly as last night...
