Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hill session on the treadmill. 20 mins.

First run for a few days as I was worried about my hip. Felt ok, I think, but will only know in the morning

12 x 200m. Went well. The dog that only tries to attack me gave a bit of chase on one lap but I think he's just a barker. 10 other runners in park completely ignored by the little half-wolf git.

I had planned a nice 1hr+ run this morning, but as I was on Fetch wil late and read in bed til 1.30, I slept right through my 6.30 alarm and woke up at 8.15. So straight to work and I have a BIG FAT DNR today. Oh well. I was really looking forward to it as well. And I can't run later as I have a long lunch with some people who want business from us and then drinks tonight wtih work. Already strugglling to fit in my suit!!
