Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Over the hills as usual, which is now getting on my tits ( I might be in a bad mood today) It is the same first mile uphill every run. without the dog for a change, snow on the top and in the valleys, muddy and icy, slippery enough. Nice views further into Wales with the mountains all capped in snow.

Awful. knackering XC on Sunday due to being so out of condition so took a day off and left it until this morning for the "next day recovery run". Still knackered and stiff - where's all that fitness gone?

Lovely 11k today at lunchtime. I got back to work and noticed my toes had bled all through my lovely new trainers. Boo! Stupid toenail injury but stupid amounts of blood that seemed to just multiply to infinity when I tried to wash it out. Sad :(
