Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good sess JJ.

well done for doing your own on call CT.

5k XC today at Caldecote Hall near Yarmouth. Fabulous course. Bit slow to start single track round a field but then a gorgeous stretch through woodland & last mile uphill through sand which is what I train on & is a personal favourite! 5th out of 29 ladies.

4 miles quite slowly. Shins hurting today for the 1st time in ages. I think it must have been the intervals last night as my running partner has suffered the same fate:( Fingers crossed they will be OK by Sat.

Fastish mile repeats. I did three at 6:45 avg pace. Just over 3 miles in warm up and cool down too.

Good session but was quite knackered due to hills again.

Steady tomorrow in order to recover for intervals Saturday :-)
