Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Went out midday when the sun was doing its work and bits of me steadily dropped off as I ran too fast without water . Going up the beach into a cooling breeze rescued the situation a little but I think I must have presented a sorry sight to passers by! 11 miles with a couple of regrouping pit stops.

Not a run but a 10 mile walk supporting one of our club run/walk coaches who for his 80th birthday walked 80k today in a little over 14 hrs :-) and raised money for a local hospice :-)

Surely a typo, jaks! That is unbelievable!

I had a 30min saunter this morning; still recovering from my 20 miler yesterday (though not actually feeling too bad).

Lovely!

Only about 5 miles but it was my second run back since my plantar fasciitis - in blazing sunshine on soft ground, with a some pavement. Bliss. A bit sore of foot now but nothing major. :)
