Went out midday when the sun was doing its work and bits of me steadily dropped off as I ran too fast without water . Going up the beach into a cooling breeze rescued the situation a little but I think I must have presented a sorry sight to passers by! 11 miles with a couple of regrouping pit stops.

Not a run but a 10 mile walk supporting one of our club run/walk coaches who for his 80th birthday walked 80k today in a little over 14 hrs and raised money for a local hospice

Surely a typo, jaks! That is unbelievable!
I had a 30min saunter this morning; still recovering from my 20 miler yesterday (though not actually feeling too bad).

Lovely!
Only about 5 miles but it was my second run back since my plantar fasciitis - in blazing sunshine on soft ground, with a some pavement. Bliss. A bit sore of foot now but nothing major.
