Autumnleaves
Snowy 8 miles, some of which was quite enjoyable, though the wind was a bit vicious and my feet got wet.

Cracking, went onto the hills yesterday, but turned round as conditions got a bit too rough. so today stayed low and did a steady run round the fields, river only crossable in one place cos it's getting deeper and faster due to snow. The dog loved the snow, going quite mental. Snow not too deep, ground not too muddy

Quite mental, with all events cancelled one of the chaps organised a run. I went with them for the first bit, onto the hills, snowdrifts, ice, crampons put on early on. A couple of steep climbs. Was the strongest in the group - holding everyone else up Really deep snow on the track that I took back in the lee of the hill. Kept following sheep trods instead of the path, couldn't tell either really. Absolutely cracking run. I was slow, but what do I expect?

Very snowy, windy and cold. Also long (21m) and slow. Now to put the feet up in front of a warm fire.....aaah!

20 mile LSR no great pace and stops for garage so run buddy could get water bottle refilled and stop in shop for lucozade walk breaks over roads etc but felt good. Slightly slower than marathon pace. Felt ok and don't ache following day.
