Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

8 miles on treadmill for me with 6 @ MP. Howling a gale and sleet outside so although I hate the treadmill it was the better option tonight!

First run for around 10days due to a work trip and a bad dose of CBA. 7miles over Embsay Crag from Skipton with around a dozen club-mates. The sun was setting as we got to the top of the crag and I wouldn't have wanted to have been anywhere in the world but there with my friends. A very memorable run out:-)

I can handle the leg pain
I can handle the bursting lungs
I can handle the blisters
I can handle the psychological ups and downs

But when my nipple plasters come off at mile 3......
