5.8m half-hearted Fartlek. Everything hurt when I started, but by the time I finished it was not too bad. Chilly day.

gentle 5km this morning before work, legs back to full working order now lol :-) might do a double and do a 10km tonight, see how busy work is.

Nice 7.5 miles along the river and around Battersea Park. Perfect weather....cool but bright and sunny :-)
