Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

46 minutes of easy running with a couple of intervally type things in the middle of around 3 mins to stretch my legs out a bit. Sticking to grass and trails seems to be just about working.

Haven't been out yet. Tempted right now by dinnertime soon so will make an effort later in the afternoon to do 5 miles which will probably turn into anything between 6-10.

THe Wrekin fell race, a little cracker, one forgets that there are a few steep bits, which does you in for the not so steep, runnable bits, but the descents are fantastic and quite fast, only went on my arse once on the scree bit. got in a little group, which was quite good, probably bottom half of the field. Cracking run though, most fell runners are very sociable, ince to stand around and chat afterwards. :-) :-)
