Didn't run today.....tried spinning instead! OMFG! How hard? A good alternative to work some different muscles. Normal service tomorrow (if I can walk).

A dull 5.2k on the dreadmill at the hotel I'm staying at. Not too terrible though, and better than not running...

Gentle parkrun at Roundshaw Downs with a dodgy knee where I caught up with McGoohan who is now a shadow of his former self - reet slim he was!

Hohum
todays run was mostly fantastic, from Clun to Knighton along Offa's Dyke with my mate Dazza35. Pace was perfect, and we were able to talk, scenery was perfect, no one about, not even through the farms (plenty of Collies though, wanting to round us up). Wind was incredibly strong, and the rain made it a bit more interesting, climbs mostly ok (we walked a couple), descents fantastic. Above cracking, that's how cracking today's run was.

Hohum - sounds lovely! Sounds like you've had a perfect run!
A quick 4.2 miler today. Harder than usual as I've had 5 days break but much better than it could have been. Tomorrows should be even better

Autumnleaves
A slow 5 miles - worked late at our fundraising ball last night so was tired to say the least (and feet and legs a bit achy!) - weather a bit windy and showery but I felt much better for it
