Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Autumnleaves
Did my first early morning 5km today - I'm not really a morning runner, greatly prefer afternoons or early evenings but this was my only chance for a midweek outing. Quite slow to start with till I woke up properly but enjoyed the second half, and the good feelings have lasted me all day - only problem I've had is feeling really dehydrated.

Thanks Toks :) - like you I could have run further but packed lunches to get and hubbie's fevered brow to mop as he waits for our 16 year old daughter to surface and 14 year old son to surgically detach from the lap top in time for him to make staff briefing (they're all at the same school, obviously hubbie as a teacher...!)

autumnleaves I love running on a morning, I just need to be more like Toks and learn to get up earlier, although with these dark mornings my options are greatly reduced. oh and hi welcome to fetchland :)

Just over 2 miles. First run for 2 weeks after being a bit poorly, so very pleased to get out again.
