Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Working relief on Barra- got out for easy paced, but hilly 10m this morning.

Castlebay to Vatersay in the sunshine, Vatersay beach looking particularly stunning!

5m out 5m back, with a pause for a slurp at a burn.

:-) :-)

Run today was bizarre as first run on a treadmill for a few months - I forget how different it is on a treadmill (bending down to tie your shoelace is a bit more hazardous). Wa fine though - a quickish 5km and didn't have to watch where I was going for fear of dog eggs!

Absolutely gorgeous - I wasn't planning on running, but the weather is beautiful so I just went out and ran trails through a local nature reserve. 6.4 very enjoyable miles :-)

Bloody marvelous and very emotional. Athens marathon in 3.42.25. Get in.

Of the missis did it in 3.26.45 just to put me in my pace, but I can live with that.

so enjoyed mine, decided to break in my new adidas kanadia so went round the two local wee woods twice each. Got home filthy and had to double back at one point that used to be passable but the trees have grown up too much now. At one point a guy was taking photos of wildlife so his two dogs ran alongside me, they were filthy when they decided to wander back to master, oops. Trainers well and truly christened, me caked in mud up to the knees and on my face where I'd wiped it with my gloved hand forgetting I used it to stop me falling at one point. Oh and adidas kanadia are so NOT waterproof btw.
