1st run in my new long sleeved top, and fluro gillet. Didn't improve my speed but had rather a negative effect on my running partner. She had to run into the undergrowth on 2 occations to poo:) It's always comical when female running partners have to do that. I get sent as a look out, suddenly I feel very important lol

Mine was good
2.50km in 21:45! really pleased as first time out on road since Nissan 10km!
Wore my thermal long sleeve vest and new trendy purple long sleeve outer top. Still wore my 3/4 capri pants as no long bottoms suitable for runnign but in all fairness as the top of me was snugglie and my legs were doing the work they didnt really get cold!
