Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looks too cold and frosty outside. Don't think I will run today.

Actually, it's not because of the cold that I won't run, it's because my legs don't seem to want to work very well after yesterday's exploits in the gym - mainly the mad 3 minutes on the versaclimber. It's amazing how much 3 minutes of eyeballs out effort can take out of you. I must let my legs recover a bit before Sunday's half marathon.

Fab morning for a run. Ran 5 miles for the first time ever. Hr was rubbish but I had no problem running and thoroughly enjoyed it. :-)

I had a good run last night but it was so cold my face wouldn't work properly when I got in. I thought I'd had a stroke

I did 30 mins on the treadmill at lunchtime. It feels awesome to run again :-)

It was meant to be a gentle session, but me being me, I threw some intervals in there, going up to 17-19kph for a couple of minutes two or three times.
I can't wait to get outside again though
