Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

7 miles in ideal weather. It felt really good but could have worked harder. If I get the end of my run nd aren't half dead I always feel like I should have tried harder :)

5 mile race, 37.48, a pb mainly as I have rarely run 5 mile races. Happy enough, well judged (for me), splits 7.36, 7.36.7.39, 7.32, 7.16. Still off what I was running in feb (10k at 7.18 ovrall), but good enough.

Tewkesbury Guy Fawkes 5.

Guy Fawkes 10 race in yorkshire for me - gorgeous day for running - amazing views even if it does mean running up lots of hills - RW billed this as the hilliest road race in uk a couple of years back!

work-home... Decided on the steepest road home then fancied more. Kept going uphill - from the lowest point in Gateshead (Team Valley ind.est.) to the highest, the QE hospital at Windy Nook. Then the long way down through ruff Felling and Deckham. Glad I took the long way home. Cool, fresh and dark, running lightly and feeling fine :-)
