Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fell out of bed for 5 1/2 m local loop. Rising sun, scattered cloud. Headwind for 2nd half but still enjoyed it.

Great run tonight, my first interval session in over a year and I got through unscathed. 8x400m with 200m recoveries, loved it!

nice little sprint along river leam and round newbold comyn in the dark. With the club run in spirit - started late, in the dark, and put a bit of effort in.

Great can't believe that's me at the end of third block of 10 weeks.

Did some hill work tonight and some interval training. Believe it was the brain child of Starx. Like the hills, but bit rubbish at the intervals. Need to work on that one

Liked the partial power cut on the way back, dark is good. Came across a group of pub types in a subway. As I got there one said "it's a runner" Another said "aye, a runner for the bizzies". However no dramas occurred.

Also tonight, only group 1 wanted to do the intervals....so I joined in despite the original plan of hiding in group 2. Did alright though. Gd.
