Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

As a stress buster, it didn't really work, got to do LEJOG or more for that. At least it got me out. Feel really, really shit - my mum died in the early hours.

Thanks all. Running really is keeping me sane, well, in comparison to normal.

4.5 miles done with 1/2 a mile until I was home, I felt a sharp pain on my foot. Slowing to a sharp stop I looked at my foot and behind the tongue of my trainer was a bloody wasp! Little B stung me! It just goes to show how bad running can be for you......! Still, I cracked on and told the wife when I got in.....no sympathy what so ever!
