Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pissed around for ages not wanting to go out, actually walked around the garden about 20 times looking at what needs doing, but steady first 3 miles then picked up the pace & flew the last seven.

Was rocking at the end, really enjoyed it. looking forward to getting out again tomorrow.:)

Humid 12km, but had a good mid and end pace. Glad it wasn't a long one! Sweaty!

Even out here in Suffolk it's bluddy hoomid! Managed 6 and a bit, felt the heat and still not fully recovered from the chesty headachey thing I had last week so it was steady rather than spectacular.

A short local run just to get going again, been on honeymoon for two weeks with no running. Once on the route today the local land owners fecking untrained fecking dogs gave me a bit of grief. first time for years dogs have caused me a problem. Good job I didn't have mine with me. Good to be running again.

6 miles at 7.42 pace. Didnt run a yard for 73 days, then the last fortnight, i've done 5 runs of between 5 n 6 miles, and the pace has gone from 8.30's to 7.42's. Feeling like a runner again.

9 miles with the club tonight and 4 of them were on a hill called the devils staircase and it was hell on earth but good to be running proper again after a 6 week lay off due to burnout:)
