Non smoking, Guinness drinking, hairline receding 44 year old father of 3 ( girls 15 + 13, and a boy of 12). 5ft 11in, and 13 stone. Separated for 2 years and back living in Dundee. Been running for about 7 years. Did FLM in April 2008, my first ever mara in 3:43, and very pleased with that. Run 2 or 3 times a week in the countryside around Brechin. 2007's target was a sub 1:40 Half, then 2008's was the mara, which is done, and a first 10k. ( I spent 13 enjoyable years in Bristol from aged 20, mostly in an area called Little Stoke, hence the name.)
