Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

6.6 miles. I am getting acquainted with my inner fell runner. I like her. We're going to have a lot of fun together :-)

A very pleasant 15.15 miles, met MummyV for a 7.2 lap of Richmond Park and listened to the marathon talk podcast for the rest of the run :)

20 mile today (1st one of many i expect) nothing really special today. did 10 mile at around 8.15's then picked up the pace for 4 mile at around 7.15's then 1 mile easy 9.14 then 3 mile at 7.45's then 2 mile easy the last 5 should of been at around the 7.15's so a LITTLE PEE'D OFF as i had a niggle in my left knee at the 15 mile mark and it would NOT GO AWAY. so out of 10 i have given it a 4

That man from March
10+ miles today at conversation pace with three of the Club's slower runners. Boy it was warm but pleasant at their pace. It was one of them's first 10 mile run for over 30 years. He plans to run the Great Eastern Run with us :) I'm sure he will make it.
