worst run ever - stitch half way thru a 3 miler which stayed with me and pace reduced to that of a snail :(

screw positive head on for first 10km race on Monday ;)

a great 8 miler [approx] until Garmin died on me after 2 miles but felt fine so kept on going

OMG! Kettlebell Circuit at work for an hour in the morning and a 6 miler in the afternoon mean that as I sit here now I am absolutely hooped!
