Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A tasty 18 miles around Kew and Richmond (and Kingston cos we got lost...)

and then a cheeky wee pint in the White Swan to make my head buzz... the local patrons did not appreciate our 18 mile odour as they lunched...

my run this morning was going well then at the 2 mile there was a person walking 4 labradors and one of them (11 month pup) came towards me and stopped right at my legs and of course i could not get out of its way and went down on mud but what i didn't see was a huge branch of a tree covered in leaves and what happened next was i was in the mud and in pain around my Ribs and in total pain where my kidney stones are and i did try to keep my calm at the asaid person and they did say that they are sorry but i did say WHY wasn't the dog on a lead and she jsut kept apologising and i told her just leave ME alone or i would do something that i would regret and walked a few yards and then jogged back to my car a 2 miles away. At present (19:45) my pain is a 8 out of 10. have taken pain killers but NO effect :-((

That's shit MTM. Remember my GLW having an accident running that resulted in a trip to A&E and a stitched chin.

Hope you mend quickly.
