Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mostly at the back, behind two fitter fetchies, on the Long Mynd, we didn't see anyone till well after the half way point. An absolutely beautiful day, clear sky horizon to horizon and amazing views from the top. Cracking descents, quite fast, but almost went A over T on some ice. Some severe work on my fitness and pork needs to be done.

not brilliant, day after a set of intervals. 3.5 mile recovery, right knee/shin still sore, painful twinge in right shoulder from sleeping akwardly last night. 5.35pkm ok, slightly fast for recovery, but legs felt tired.

Out and back along the disused railway line near me, this morning.

Just under 6 miles.
