Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I was very tired going into my run today, between a high mileage week and lack of sleep from work last night. By half way (11 miles) I was feeling it, but managed to keep things moving and im really happy to get another long run out of the way :) some beer this afternoon perhaps ;)

Top run and top weather. Only 4.2 miles but they were very pleasurable miles. Not a cloud in the sky.

Gentle five miles today. Coming back after injury decided to do four laps of a mile and a quarter each. It's a run I do regularly and is a bit of a teaser as several hundred yards of it butt onto the Dalmore Distillery about 20 miles north of Inverness.
