Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi, first post so I guess this thread is good as any!

5.5 miles from St Pauls down to Vauxhall Bridge and then back up Southbank dodging tourists. Even has quic detour into Tate Modern to check out the weird sunflower seed thing then back over Millenium bridge trying not to bump into too many people - a good healthy 7:10 mile pace....

Gooner I had the 2 fluffballs w/ me and no Yank Dave I wasn't risking it. They don't normally come into the street, they stay on the river bed. The bugger was the size of a German shepherd, much bigger than usual

Was your coyote called Desmond, by any chance, PL? And if anyone else has any idea where I'm going with that one feel free to Fmail me and we'll discuss it.;-)

My run, though, was cool. And dark. And glorious.
