Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

pretty much the same adrianb - 5 miles of drizzle, wind and heat. Nice, not! Did meet someone running I haven't seen since the snow in January and had a good natter about London Marathon!

Good thanks. Like jwellis above - parkrun, steady. A vast improvement on "nothing, cos injured" or "trying to run, but all hurty" :-)G

14 and a bit comfortable miles before breakfast. Not used to doing the long ones at weekends. Aren't there a lot of runners out there on a Sunday morning? But why was that chap wearing lycra 3/4 lengths and a jacket on a day like this?

That man from March
Great run today. I had 11 club runners testing out the revised leg 2 route (10.5 miles) for March ACs Hereward Relay in November. I ferried some to the start saw them on their way and drove the the end to run back towards them and join up for the last few miles. Sun was out, course was good, all in all a good job :) and my knee held up to the running along the top of a river back :
