Humid ran a hilly trail to our local park and back 4.13 miles at a steady 8 minute mile pace apart from where I was in public and obviously ran a bit faster probably explaining the 7:40 mile.

Wet and very humid, but a nice breeze towards the end, nice change from all the sun.

Brilliant! Ran 4 miles in 28 mins. My quickest ever. Now I need to try and perform that over a 10k.

first run since I bashed my knee, hot and humid with a couple of walk breaks but very nice indeed wish I'd remembered the new exciting bit on the route mapper that shows elevation before I'd closed it down!

fucking terrible, 14 miles. Up at 4:30, cbf to get off the couch, peeled myself out the door at 5am, first half battling stars in my eyes, dead legs, then I needed a crap, then I was thirsty till the end, then right calf goes to sleep, 2 hours of shite. Thanks for the chance to share though.
