Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Humid ran a hilly trail to our local park and back 4.13 miles at a steady 8 minute mile pace apart from where I was in public and obviously ran a bit faster probably explaining the 7:40 mile.

Wet and very humid, but a nice breeze towards the end, nice change from all the sun.

Brilliant! Ran 4 miles in 28 mins. My quickest ever.
Now I need to try and perform that over a 10k.

first run since I bashed my knee, hot and humid with a couple of walk breaks but very nice indeed :-) wish I'd remembered the new exciting bit on the route mapper that shows elevation before I'd closed it down!

fucking terrible, 14 miles. Up at 4:30, cbf to get off the couch, peeled myself out the door at 5am, first half battling stars in my eyes, dead legs, then I needed a crap, then I was thirsty till the end, then right calf goes to sleep, 2 hours of shite. Thanks for the chance to share though.
